Privacy Policy – RealFix Finance

RealFix Finance Ltd. (Company ID 514169994, hereinafter: "the Company") respects the privacy of every user, visitor, prospect, or client (hereinafter: "the User") on the Company's website (hereinafter: "the Website"). This document transparently details the Company's policy regarding the collection, processing, retention, and protection of personal information, in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13 to the Law), the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017, and any other relevant laws.

The Company clearly and explicitly distinguishes between different types of information and their sources, in order to ensure informed consent and an appropriate level of security:

• •Basic information collected online on the Website: Upon proactive inquiry by the User through "Contact Us" forms or leaving details on the Website, only basic contact information voluntarily provided by the User is collected (e.g., full name, mobile phone number, email address, and the type of service requested).
• •Sensitive financial and proprietary information (Off-site): Extended and sensitive data required for providing financial consulting, mortgages, or business accompaniment services (such as bank statements, credit data reports, income data, official identification documents, etc.) are NOT collected and are NOT saved through the Website. This information will be provided by the client only at advanced stages, during face-to-face work meetings or via secure transfer channels, and solely after fully signing an accompaniment agreement and a specific and explicit authorization and confidentiality waiver.
• •Technical and anonymous information: During browsing on the Website, anonymous statistical information is collected for analyzing the user experience (such as IP address, browser type, time spent, and pages viewed). This information in itself does not allow for personal identification of the User.

3. Purposes of Processing and Use of Information

The Company will use the collected information solely for the legitimate purposes for which it was provided, as follows:

1. Responding to the User's inquiry, making initial contact, and coordinating a personalized consultation meeting.
2. Managing, operating, improving, and maintaining the Website and its user experience.
3. Prevention of forced marketing mailing (Spam): The User's inquiry on the Website is intended for receiving service only. The Company declares that it does not engage in proactive marketing or send advertising materials (newsletters, promotions, and marketing messages) to users, unless separate, explicit, and active consent (Opt-in) has been received from the User in accordance with the provisions of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982.

4. Transfer of Information to Third Parties and Restrictions on Transfer Abroad

The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information and not selling or sharing it with external parties for commercial purposes. Information transfer will only take place in the following cases and subject to strict protection mechanisms:

• •Financial institutions and banks in Israel: Transferring data and information to financing bodies and banks in Israel for the purpose of examining eligibility for mortgages or credit will be done ONLY after the client physically or digitally signs a specific authorization form that precisely defines the boundaries of information sharing.
• •Real estate providers and parties outside Israel: Although the Company accompanies investors in international real estate (such as in Georgia and Hungary), NO personal or identifying information collected on the Website will be transferred outside the borders of the State of Israel following an initial submission of details. The transfer of documents or identification details to developers, accompanying banks, or foreign lawyers abroad will only take place during the actual execution stages of the transaction, and subject to the client signing a designated accompaniment agreement that includes explicit consent to transfer information outside the country's borders in accordance with the relevant regulations.
• •Disclosure by virtue of a judicial order, a legal demand by a competent authority, or within the framework of a legal proceeding in which the Company is required to defend itself.

The Company implements comprehensive technological and organizational security measures (such as data encryption, tiered access controls, and secure servers) in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017. At the same time, the User acknowledges that the internet environment and computer systems are never absolutely and hermetically immune to malicious intrusions or cyberattacks. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused due to a cyber event or a breach of its systems, EXCEPT in cases where it is proven that the event was caused due to gross negligence and a breach of the Company's statutory duties.

7. User Rights and Exceptions to the Right to Erasure

In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, every user is entitled to review the information held about them in the Company's databases, as well as to request the correction or deletion of information found to be inaccurate or outdated.

Explicit exception to the right to erasure: Requests for data deletion will be fully honored for inquiries or "leads" that did not mature into a business engagement. At the same time, regarding the data of actual clients, the right to erasure will be subject to the Company's legal and regulatory obligations to retain documents and financial data according to the law (including tax laws in Israel, the Prohibition on Money Laundering Law, and a legal need to preserve evidence throughout the 7-year statute of limitations). This information will be kept securely solely for the purpose of compliance with the law and will not be used for any other purpose.

8. Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the exclusive right to update, modify, or amend this privacy policy from time to time to adapt it to technological, business, or regulatory changes. In the event of material changes affecting user rights or the way information is used, a prominent notice will be published on the Website's homepage, or a direct message will be sent to users whose details are saved with the Company.
